Since 2019 I have led projects for three Cyprus charities, alongside my offshore and maritime career. Real work, with volunteers, tight budgets and a lot of people to bring together.

The challenge: Turning an environmental goal into something a whole community can take part in.
My role: I founded the organisation and lead its planning, communications and awareness work. I coordinate tree-planting days with volunteers and partners.
The result: An active organisation that turns environmental goals into practical community activities.

Animal rescue · 2019 to now

Taya's Dog Valley Rescue Center

Board Member, Project and Operations

The challenge: A volunteer-run rescue centre where projects and daily operations must never stall.
My role: I support daily operations and project delivery, and coordinate volunteers, fundraising, events, communications and partnerships.
The result: I find and line up the people and resources needed to keep projects and daily operations moving.

Project Manager and Treasurer

The challenge: A charity supporting mothers that needed steady management and careful finances.
My role: I contributed to management and administration, including financial oversight, and supported awareness, education and advocacy on motherhood and birth.
The result: Six years of organisational and financial support behind the charity's work.

I am the person you speak to, the one who follows up, and the one who sees it through.

I have spent more than 13 years in project management, contracts, operations and procurement, mostly in Cyprus's energy and maritime sectors. I was the sole in-country contact on major offshore projects, working closely with the authorities.
